Please provide your name, contact details, reference number (if applicable), and a brief summary of your concern.
• We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
• Your complaint will be reviewed by the Principal Solicitor, Mr Atta Saleem, who will investigate the matter fully.
• We aim to provide a formal written response within 21 days of receiving your complaint. If more time is needed, we will explain why and confirm when you can expect a full reply.
• As client complaints handling solicitors, we keep you updated in writing at every stage of the process.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint internally, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman.
