• We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
• Your complaint will be reviewed by the Principal Solicitor, Mr Atta Saleem, who will investigate the matter fully.
• We aim to provide a formal written response within 21 days of receiving your complaint. If more time is needed, we will explain why and confirm when you can expect a full reply.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint internally, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman.
